Delegates requiring a letter of invitation to attend the Conference should complete the present form and send it by email to eds-2012@physics.auth.gr. An invitation letter will then be emailed to the delegate.

A letter of invitation will be provided to assist delegates in obtaining a visa or permission to attend the Conference and should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
